Autumn dreaming…

As Autumn slowly begins to wrap us up in her tender arms, I am reminded by nature that life is a journey, full of constant change and that there is a time for everything, a time to be still, a time to reflect and a time to prepare for new adventures!

Summers come to an end and with them seeds full of potential fall to the ground and are covered over for a time……

“Unless a kernel of wheat is planted in the soil and dies, it remains alone. But its death will produce many new kernels-a plentiful harvest of new lives.” (John 12:24)

It always seems easier when our decisions lead to the change in our lives but sometimes the chapter we were quite enjoying just suddenly comes to an end leaving us in free fall, not knowing what awaits. New adventures though are always accompanied by a little uncertainty which is in fact really good for us – too much certainty in life leads to boredom and frustration. Tony Robbins refers to a number of basic concepts in his discussion of the six human needs. Incorporating these foundational principles into my life has brought me a great deal of happiness over the years and forms a strong platform on which to embrace the new and continue to build a life of fulfillment and joy. So embrace change as if you were a child again, eyes wide open with wonder as you go down the rabbit hole and discover…..
